Hello neighbor!
At long last Hudson Public house is open! We sure hope you like it. Chef and I are real excited to bring you great fresh regional foods and great beers and wine, as well as friendly, knowledgeable service in a cool clean "new American pub" atmosphere. That’s the plan anyway. Have a look at the menu, come in and say hi and have a beer. We look forward to meeting lots of new neighbors.
Chef is originally an upstate N.Y. guy, but has been living in Seattle for some time now. He’s got a nice touch when it comes to food. We both like working with local ingredients and cool seasonal stuff, pairing food with good beer and wine, cooking with beer and wine. Along with the printed menu, Chef will be doing a few specials every night, keepin’ it fresh as well as experimenting.
My name is Seth and I’ll be your host. I really like good food and beer, and I think the people in the maple leaf area do too. I grew up in this the university area, went to University Heights for elementary school, and I live just down the street. Some of you may know my other restaurant collins pub downtown. Anyways, even when I’m not working I’ll be here enjoying the food and beverages, so I’ll be around the place a lot and chances are we’ll shake hands sooner or later.
