Hudson Public House is a neighborhood restaurant and bar focusing on regional food, beer and wine in a relaxed slightly upscale pub setting. We are open for dinner every day, lunch on the weekends. The kitchen is open until ten or so, (later on Friday). We seasonally rotate the menu and beverages, and always have something cool on the special board. We are family friendly as well!
Chef Taylor Park mans the line Hudson Public House. Recently of Ray痴 Boathouse and Canlis, Chef Taylor wasted no time putting his "mark" on the Hudson menu with items such as pan seared lamb tenderloin and braised beef short rib. We are stoked to have Chef Taylor heading up the kitchen at Hudson. He has great vision, a great palate, and is just an excellent cook!
Bartenders Jen Schweitzer and Jeremy Merone will guide you in your beer and wine choices. Both are very knowledgeable on the excellent, often rotating beer, wine and liquor offerings at Hudson. They are also excellent, nice people and they make great hosts.
Also, Hudson just commenced service with a new summer menu, featuring lower prices and some cool new summer items such as flank steak salad, wild king salmon, pan seared lamb tenderloin. As always, 16 ever-revolving tap handles and an excellent, incredibly affordable wine list. Rotating specials with emphasis on what痴 seasonal and interesting keep it exciting every night.
My name is Seth and I値l be your host. I really like good food and beer, and I think the people in the maple leaf area do too. I grew up in this the university area, went to University Heights for elementary school, and I live just down the street. Some of you may know my other restaurant the collins pub downtown. Anyways, even when I知 not working I値l be here enjoying the food and beverages, so I値l be around the place a lot and chances are we値l shake hands sooner or later.
